The Brief

The garden was being redesigned from scratch. The clients needed a full electrical and data installation to cover landscape lighting, a pool, a smart lighting system, and outdoor power — all coordinated with the wider groundworks before the garden surface was finished.

What We Did

• Lighting design — scheme covering the garden layout and pool area
• Data installation — data cabling routed throughout the garden
• Smart lighting first fix — first-fix infrastructure for a smart lighting control system
• Landscape lighting — directional and ambient fixtures across planting areas and boundaries
• Outdoor power installation — power supply points across the garden
• Groundworks — trenching and cable burial coordinated with the wider project
• Pool lighting — electrical supply and lighting for the outdoor pool

The Result

The garden has a complete electrical and data infrastructure in place, with landscape lighting, pool lighting, and the smart lighting first fix all installed before the garden was finished. All work was certified on completion.
